Do I need it?
Yes, unless you live in the highlands, most of the UK has hard water areas.
Why do I need it?
Because it protects your machine from building up scale, that causes valves to block, heating elements and other parts to wear, causing you emergency breakdowns and spending money on repairs.
Soft water makes coffee taste better and smother. If you want to make your coffee taste great we recommend to change your water filters regularly.
* The water filter ranges from £120 for a basic package which includes a water filter that is capable of filtering 6,000 litres of water. We also offer our in our Premium package where we test water on your site and calculate the level of water hardness and thus select the appropriate size and brand of the water filter that will best protect your machine.
*Important to remember: failing to pay or install water filter can void the warranty on your equipment as no manufacturers or suppliers can warrant scale-related issues.
